HOW IT WORKS

Stored in our lined, fresh-keeping bread bag, your bread will stay soft for several days, but it won't go mouldy either, and the cutting surface will barely dry out.
Its special, porous, "breathable" lining provides optimal ventilation, retaining the moisture content of the bread but allowing enough air to enter to prevent mould growth.

TESTS

We tested the quality, usability and function for weeks with all our bags, with several types of bread. 

In the freshness tests, we tested whether: 
-the bread could be compressed?
-how long it takes for the cutting surface of the bread to start drying
-how long it takes to start leaching
-the bread crumbles or not

In the mould test, we put two halves of a loaf in a plastic bag and our bread bag.
The bread, stored in a plastic bag, started to develop white spots on the third day, then green and then black mould the next day.
Bread stored in a lined bread bag showed no signs of mould or suspicious spots even on the tenth day. It had gone stale, but was still edible, as it had been kept in healthy air with ventilation and free of mould.

After more than 10,000 bags sold, customer feedback is virtually 100% positive, so in addition to testing, we have gained a lot of experience in all aspects.

Experience has shown that the freshness of yeast bread bought from the grocery store is extended by an extra 3-4 days, while the freshness of sourdough bread is extended by an extra 7-10 days. The number of days is affected by the humidity in your home.

HOW TO TREAT IT SO YOU CAN USE IT FOR A LONG TIME?

-Wash by hand.
-Machine wash only with a gentle programme (max 30 degrees, 15 minutes).
-No rinse aid or detergent.
-No bleach.
-Do not tumble dry.
-Do not dry on the heater.
-Only the outer textile is ironable.

HOW TO USE?

Place the bread in the bag, naked, without any wrapping, and tie it with the cotton ribbon. Do not put it in a bread box or cupboard afterwards.
